MAUI STRONG – A ferocious wildfire hit Maui, Hawaii on Wednesday and has killed at least 36 people. At least two dozen have been injured or severely burned, Maui Mayor Richard Bissen confirmed in a press briefing.

The country announced that, as of Wednesday night, search and rescue operations are underway.

Our thoughts are with the Maui. We stand together side by side with all Maui people.
